I live at Park Doral Apartments, 2669 E 7th St. On Monday mornings, the dumpsters are very loudly emptied at 4:00 AM. I think this is a violation of the noice ordinance. Thanks for your help!

Just to add to info you may already know from Elm Heights neighbors re solvent-type odors; they were in the air this weekend, around Fess and 1st. I'm not in a position to know the source. Thanks.

See case #187163. Lights are still on all night long. Has the City actually issued a NOV and/or fine for this?

For report #186687 it was closed stating that the data is up to date and delivered in November. This was approved by council budgets to inform 2024 budget, so the salary data is already out of date. Will there be a COLA adjustment of 5% applied as well as next years COLA adjustment for 2025? The COLA being voted on also isn’t keeping pace with inflation

This man is going to cause an accident or he’s gonna get run over by a car. He’s been on the street corner for well over a year almost every day he’s getting more and more bold going out into the traffic. This is unacceptable behavior if this was IU student in front of a fraternity house on third street, this would never been allowed to go on.

Lights above the garage on 11th street are too bright and are aimed directly across the street directly into the houses there and they are blazingly bright all night long. Is this legal? They should point them down at least or put in much dimmer bulbs or shade them or something and stop being so inconsiderate. It's bad enough they keep spastic, maniacal, dangerous dogs tied up outside that bark for hours at a time. Now the lights are adding insult to injury.
