Tenants at 516 E. University have left trash in this state for at least a week, and have been doing so for months. Insufficient cans, and bags easily broken into by birds and raccoons, both of which I've witnessed. Tenants seem to be gone for the summer. Please let the landlord know this is unacceptable.

Neighbors have left trash out like this for many weeks: insufficient containers, weak bags that have been dug into by birds and raccoons. It looks like the tenants have just left for the summer; there are no longer cars in their driveway.
