There is a lot of gravel/sand in the bike lane on the west side of Miller Showers Park (for southbound bicycles). It's been there for at least six weeks. There are two spots in particular with a large amount of debris that is not safe to ride a road bicycle through.

This is a repeat of ureport #204475... Regarding the bridge over the train tracks where Rogers becomes Madison, between 11th and 13th street. The bike lane was painted again today, and again it was painted incorrectly. The technicians have not been following the engineered design, and as a result the merge zone has gone missing. This is important to let cyclists and drivers both know that the bike lane ends. It's also important to provide a suggestion for where the merge should occur -- it is much safer to merge at low speed and high visibility at the top of the hill than at high speed and low visibility just past the crest. Thanks!

Hi - I am one of the owners of Friendly Beasts Cider writing regarding our new location at 615 N Fairview St. I am wondering if it would be possible to get a new bike rack put it at the intersection of Fairview and the B-Line trail. I don't think there's a bike rack at Rogers St., so it would be the only bike rack between Adams and 8th St. on the B-Line (I think!). Cicada Cinema is also moving into the same building, so there will be a lot more people coming to that area. It is also right by the walking path from the B-Line to Butler Park. I noticed there appears to be lot of room on the east side of the intersection of Fairview and the B-Line where a bike rack could go. Thanks for your consideration, let me know if I can provide any other information that might be helpful or if there is a specific department I should reach out to. Thanks!!

There is a missing brick on the B-line, leaving a depression that’s hard to see. I twisted my ankle on it while running today.

I was struck by a car June 2 about 8 a.m. as I was crossing 6th St on the B Line. I was about 3 steps into the intersection when it happened. A young man helped me up. I’m not ready to relive the event, so I won’t go into details now. My daughter came to take me to ER. I am getting much better and continuing to walk on the BLine with great caution. The intersection f 6th and the B Line is not marked well. Some days the pedestrian walking sign is in the middle of the street, some days not!!!! I’ve seen women with strollers walking across there without looking, bicyclists going across, kids on electric scooters… all thinking cars are suppose to stop, as has been the case for many years. Please do something about signage and white lines immediately before someone is killed.

The utility work along the Hinkle-Garton Farmsetead has routinely left gaping holes with little warning or no protection. Despite the lack of sidewalk, pedestrians still use this side of the road. This has been a broken leg waiting to happen. I have photos of 5-6 places over the last several weeks where this has happened
