This property collects water in its basement, owner disposes of water by running a hose tube, to the property line, which causes soil erosion, utility pole erosion, and water on public sidewalk.

Water pools on NE corner of 11th/Lincoln intersection (formerly a sidewalk) and freezes. This is dangerous. Water pools at same location in summer and causes swampy conditions.
Water runoff is still an issue. I have reported this before and it is causing damage to my yard and basement. This area really needs a sidewalk or curb with storm drains.

The storm drains have been very clogged on the 500 block of south Woodlawn well before the cicadas and excessive rainfall. These need to be cleared to prevent cars from hydroplaning in standing water and “sidewalk tsunamis” that hit pedestrians when a car passes. Thank you.

There is a large water main break outside of 407 E Varsity Lane in Bloomington IN, Water is pouring up from the sidewalk and causing a stream to run down the side of the house. Needs urgent care. Likely shutoff.
There appears to be a broken water main because water has been rising to the surface on my property the past 5 days. My front north sidewalk (photo attached), east sidewalk, and south concrete garage floor have been soaked for the past 5 days. My basement is dry and no pipes are leaking in my house. At the dead-end of 13th Street where it does not connect with Madison Street, there appears to be no drainage route for water to leave. During rain, it ponds, blocking the sidewalk and the road. The pond remains well after the rain stops. Can some provision for drainage be provided?
