Culvert running North to South at the intersection of Rogers and West Fairway Lane is completely blocked. It causes water to back up completely when it rains.

The location is on the walking path where Fourth Street would be, between Jefferson and Roosevelt. Water is draining from a yard on the north side of the path and down the path. It's been like that for about a week, so I wonder if something is leaking. The intersection visible in the photo is Fourth and Roosevelt.

There are two rectangular holes on the Windermere Woods property that present a hazard to those who walk through the green space. The holes are located on the lower portion of Windermere Woods Drive as it runs parallel to College Mall Road, about 150 feet north of Covenanter Drive. The lack of proper drainage runoff on this block of Mitchell keeps causing the gravel on my driveway to wash away. I have had to replenish it many times and it always washes away. This is now causing damage to cars when entering or exiting the driveway. Can the city please install proper drainage?

Intense rain is creating runoff from the prevailing property (3220) into our yard and the neighbors yard (further downhill - strong sewer smell). This smell has been noticeable on the front of the property in previous rainstorms, this is the first time we've noticed the smell through into our yard and the neighbors.
