The swale to the west side of our home overfilled as storm water was backed up at the street drains which then flooded the window well to our basement on June 18-19. Although our yard is regularly flooded during heavy storms, the west swale was designed and dug by the City to carry excess water to the street. We believe this swale needs to be dug deeper and lined with rock to stop erosion from occurring to prevent future flooding of our basement. Please send an engineer to evaluate. This problem has been reported several times.

Contractor wants to meet onsite to discuss a storm drainage prroblem and ways to correct it. Address: 2741 S Jalen Ct. Home sits below the curb line and has a swale in the backyard; both of which complicate the matter. The neighboring homes are all higher in elevation and drain straight to this property. Ms Burnham left a VM for me on Aug 24, 2015 but I was out of the office. She said they have some drainage issues with in the yard and is related to a little drainage ditch that runs at the end of the lots.

We would like to buy the lot recently given address 2950 Lakewood Ct. (47404). On the property line is a drainage outlet which creates a serious flow of water. I'm worried about erosion and would like minimally some rocks placed at the outlet. The photo shows where the water collects downstream of the drain.

The grate over the drainage gutter across 10th on Rogers (near back lot of city hall) has been knocked out of place and is partially raised onto the right of way

I called last Sunday (the 9th) about (clay-colored) water coming up from under pavement and a roaring noise underneath in middle of 800 block of S. Park. Someone promptly came as I was driving out of town. I took this photo yesterday. Please let me know what more will be done. (I have learned that a stream flows under the street there.) Thanks!

Area on east side of Lincoln, N. of 12th Street and close to RR fence is a low area where water accumulates and serves as a breeding ground for mosquitoes. This area should be regraded or filled to prevent the water from pooling.

There is a continuous large puddle that exists on City property (east side of Lincoln just north of 12th Street). This area needs to be filled/regraded ASAP.
