The city has come out and measured several times for a culvert to be installed in front of my driveway. The problem is that the street is higher than my driveway and this house is at the bottom of a hill. When it rains all the debris from the street and houses above me come into my driveway. There is so much water that my basement can flood and the water level can easily reach several feet deep. I have at the moment blocks of stones in front of my driveway so that the debris and water keeps going down Mitchel street instead of blocking the small drainage grates that are in driveway. When it rains, there is no drainage at this spot. All along the north side of 2nd from College to Rogers there are multiple areas of flooding on the street through this corridor.

Fallen utility lines on property. (I don't know who's, i've checked). None of my utilities are affected, but lines running across property. It may be phone service, cable service, television?

Attn Phil/ and ED, I have doubts a foot more will be deep enough. I have heard the roar of racing water in my backyard. It has moved some of the 30 to 40 pound stones I have placed to slow the erosion. Please consider a deep ditch. Thanks

Note location should be Winslow Farm Community Association storm water retention pond (DO NOT contact this home address). Note: I live at 414 E Wylie Farm road. My question is should soil erosion in Winslow forest be abated since we have a lot of soil in our storm water detention pond that seems to highly likely have come from Winslow woods (accumulated since WFCA pond was constructed in 1995).

Water runoff is still an issue. I have reported this before and it is causing damage to my yard and basement. This area really needs a sidewalk or curb with storm drains.

The stormwater runoff inlets at the intersection of Parkway and Middle Court are insufficient to support the amount of stormwater runoff from the entire length of Parkway. This causes flooding at the intersection of Middle Court and Westwood. We need additional to increase the number inlets along the entire length of Parkway in order to alieviate this problem. Mr. Peden has been apprised of this problem. However, acquiring sufficient funding from the City has not been forthcoming.

Fiber optic installation created some cylindrical holes in the concrete and asphalt about 6" in diameter in various locations. At this intersection, there is one that was apparently refilled with gravel, but another was left open and a stepping hazard. It is on the north part of the intersection, just north of where 11th crosses and closer to the east side of the street than the west. We found a concrete core by the side of the road that likely came out of the hole originally so we placed it back in the hole, but it sunk down a ways because it was unsupported beneath and now it needs to be topped off with gravel or the core should be removed and the entire hole filled with gravel.
