Bus Services (Bloomington Transit)

Sare Rd & Mill Stone Ct

Case Date:
7/19/2026

Hello! We would love to start using the number 5 bus more often, but the closest bus stop feels a bit dangerous. It only has a sign; no concrete pad or bus stop bench area. Being on the south side of the street with no sidewalk area by it, cars go incredibly fast by us while we are waiting. This photo from today shows that it isn’t well kept; not mowed often and in the winter, often is piled up with snow. We would like to request improvements to this bus stop so we (and others) can use it more regularly and feel safer. Thank you.

The AQI is nearly 150 and my son is life guarding at Bryan Park Pool. What is the city’s policy on when pools will close? I am concerned about his health as well as all other staff.

Traffic Related Complaints

2655 S Adams ST

Case Date:
7/19/2026

Church goers are parking on both sides of Adams St instead of using the parking lot that was recently constructed to alleviate this issue. With cars on both sides of the street it becomes wide enough for only 1 car to pass and given the bend in the road, you cannot see on coming traffic depending on how many cars are parked out there. This leads to some dangerous situations where someone has to reserve.

According to notices posted on trees in this block, these trees are being removed because they are “evasive.” Evasive trees should not be removed; they should be studied by scientists. How in the world can trees evade anything? Science wants to know! It’s a miracle.
