My retaining wall was tagged by something like nail polish or paint. I attempted to submit a ureport yesterday but find no record of it now. I am in Prospect Hill and want to know how to remove this tag without harming the limestone, if there is any information the City can provide. I hope to reach out to our neighborhood association as well, but haven't yet. I filed a police report, no. B26-54606. Thank you.

People always drive dangerously fast on this road. The speed limit is 25, yet I usually see most drivers going 40 or above on this road, which is dangerous to my dogs and I. Maybe there could be speed bumps or other infrastructure to signal drivers to slow down.
