A painted center line is greatly needed on the newly resurfaced & heavily trafficked N. Kinser Pk. From BHSN to at least the bypass. High school kids, etc., often cross the center part of the sharp turn near the skate park endangering oncoming traffic.
Very large tree on 2nd and College across the street from Cindy Vlasman Insurance Agency is dying and several very large dead branches are above street
The fields were all locked. Me and my toddler like to work on base running and using the little playground in there. Don't understand why they are locked. There were clearly no reservations and the fence height isn't of insufficient height to prevent entrance of someone who wanted to get in. So seems redundant and a waste of resources to leave them locked (who wants to have to come unlock them). If you could leave them unlocked during the day when there are no reservations that would be great. It is important to me to have the space to explore the sport of baseball with my children.
I’ve nothing about my complaint about the jet engine noise emanating from the hand dryers in Twin Lakes bathrooms. I was told it was “on the agenda.” What happened?
This vehicle has been here for over 3 days, taking up an excessive amount of space.
Unkempt lawn at the former Arby’s (?) at 535 S Walnut Street.
I am trying to find information regarding Jeff Jones rentals on Chris Lane. It is my understanding that his rental privileges have been revoked in the city. My street has 5 of his rentals I believe. It was also my understanding that when the current leases expire on the remaining rentals that he can no longer rent these properties? Is it available to the public of when the current leases expire? Today I will be going to the justice building to file a protector order against one of the renters at his property at 1025 Chris Ln. The city police, state police and animal welfare have all been to this residence in the last few months. The other day city police had to assist in an eviction from that property of a someone they sub-leased too? We can't even tell who actually lives there at this point. That was a 2 day ordeal of listening the parties cursing each other out and valuable police time monitoring the situation. We had complained to them via a note I left them about their barking dogs. They leave them penned up on their tiny back deck and they constantly bark. I had to call animal welfare on them previously because their dogs were on their roof and crying to get down. They got so angry they threatened me and said if they catch me off my property they were going to beat me up. We called the police at that time because for fear of this. The policeman said we should file a protective order which I will be doing this morning . My wife is petrified since they cursed her out and called her a Karen. After this altercation the renters decided to get their 4 wheeler out and run up and down the street at high rate of speed and do burnouts in the cul de sac. Couple weeks before this the state police were there because the police said they reported a gun was stolen from their house. AT that time they told the police to look at our ring camera to help investigators. We need to see light at the end of the tunnel. We are so upset and fear for our safety that we don't want to stay in our house as an owner. I would be glad to meet with someone- including the Mayor to discuss this matter. We are not the only neighbors on this street that are upset.
This car is parked daily on Maxwell Lane at Eastside Dr., effectively slowing traffic to one lane.
This is to report a threat that we received at the Switchyard dog park against our dog. After one of our dogs barked and jumped at one of the dogs that was on leash at the entrance to the park, the owner yelled at us and threatened to have our dog put down. He then called security and in front of security staff member threatened to shoot our dog. We regularly bring our dogs to the dog park and they are very friendly with other dogs. We felt threatened during that incident and felt this should be a matter of record for the benefit of other park patrons.
