Almost all street lights have been out at Oakdale apartments for months. It is almost completely dark around the entire apartment complex during the night/early morning. There are people walking around during these hours (some unhoused), and it seems like a safety hazard. Property management is aware & not responding to emails.
There are several potholes S. Sare Road between the roundabout at E. Roger's and E. Daniel St. They are on b other the South and northbound lanes.
The lights are not turning on at night on the trail connecting Sherwood Oaks Park and Alcott Park.
The lights that usually come in at night on the path between The Goat Farm and Olcott Park are not working.

This entire alley has large potholes throughout that need patched. Pictured is the largest. There are more on the south Madison side.
Near the church parking lot, on the sidewalk: abandoned Dollar Tree shopping cart. May be blown into the street and hit a car during the next storm. Dollar Tree has been notified but they 'do not have anyone to come pick it up'.
The top of the roadway is missing right where the double white lines should be at the right side of the road heading south. If this got any wider it would cause a hazard on Sare road and possibly result in a head on collision given there is nowhere to maneuver at that spot.

Vehicle parked overnight less than the 15-foot clearance from fire hydrants mandated by Indiana Code (ยง 9-21-16-5). This house tends to violate this Code most weekends, but it has been hard to get a parking enforcement officer out here on the weekend. Do parking enforcement officers work on the weekend?
