A resident on the south side of Pine Meadows Drive asked me if there was anything that could be done about the brightness of the lights at the intersection of Rockport and Country Club. He said the light was really bright in his backyard, and that it was frustrating. I couldn't think of who to reach out to, but I was wondering if there was any way something could be added to shield the extra light that is apparently beaming into his backyard? I know lighting the intersection is important, but hopefully there is a way to light the intersection without lighting up his backyard. Thanks!

My son, Jeff Shew, lives at this address. He has contacted the city about having the side of the road mowed. His driveway is on a hill and there is no visibility coming out of the driveway. Saturday when I left this address, I had to inch my way out into the roadway to see if anyone is coming. Luckily for me, the car coming, which I could not see, slammed on their brakes and narrowly missed hitting me. Will it take an accident or death to get the city to trim this area????!!!! Please address the issue immediately and get back to me.

Timing improvement college mall road/coventanter stop light - before 7am eastbound covenanter gets green light, then westbound even if no one is there, then there are turn arrows.....makes for a long light for stopped College Mall Road vehicles when traffic is very light at that time of day.

South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. Sidewalk at least half blocked by trimmed bushes. Only 24” wide and no way can a wheelchair get through not to mention two walkers side by side . Then around the corner the same property has allowed there evergreens the grow out onto the sidewalk making it difficult for a wheelchair or walker to get past.

My neighborhood is undergoing fiber installation. On 9/6 and 9/7, my yard housed a large tractor. Now that the install in complete, I am left with a yard that is partially destroyed by the utility contractor. The grass is gone, the yard is no longer level, there are multiple drill holes large, and there is a lengthy bulge from the cable plow. Rather than leave my lawn in the same condition, the contractor laid hay and grass seed. This will not create a lawn being that it's fall and won't take, and it will not level my lawn. I've tried to communicate with the workers but they do not understand me, as they are not English speakers. Who can I communicate my issues with?
