Snow plows bury the one drain for our whole street! After more critical issues are handled right now, can the one outside of our house be cleared so flooding when the snow melts doesn't become a major issue? Thank you!

Constant water source seeming to come up from the road or sidewalk on the southeast corner of Bainbridge and Allendale.
There is sewage spilling out from a white pipe located next to the house with toilet papers and other toiletries coming out and onto the yard and down the sidewalk.

The storm drains have been very clogged on the 500 block of south Woodlawn well before the cicadas and excessive rainfall. These need to be cleared to prevent cars from hydroplaning in standing water and “sidewalk tsunamis” that hit pedestrians when a car passes. Thank you.

There appears to be a broken water main because water has been rising to the surface on my property the past 5 days. My front north sidewalk (photo attached), east sidewalk, and south concrete garage floor have been soaked for the past 5 days. My basement is dry and no pipes are leaking in my house. The drainage easement at the south end of Greenwood Dr., where it dead ends into the sidewalk, is blocked with a landslide of debris. The water level rose to 3 feet on either side of the sidewalk and covered three properties adjacent to the clogged drain with water and debris. Thank you for your help. Jim and Debbie Quinn
