Hello. Wondering what can be done to address this damaged and dangerous block. It greatly limits the street parking available. The sidewalk is also deteriorating. Plus, it makes it hard for the street to have 2 way traffic.

When it rains, the run off comes down my driveway off of High street and the parallel sidewalk and runs down my driveway pooling in front of my garage door and in turn enters my house. This will occur during a rainfall of 0.5 inch or more. Would it be possible to look at the drains on High street or add one at the top of the hill to divert water away from my driveway?
There is a large water main break outside of 407 E Varsity Lane in Bloomington IN, Water is pouring up from the sidewalk and causing a stream to run down the side of the house. Needs urgent care. Likely shutoff.
As a home owner on old 37 N whose property’s easement is being used for the new line, I have some questions. The work has torn up an existing asphalt sidewalk that runs from marlin to the first house on Old 37 N along with a retaining wall in front of my house, my property sits down form the road. Water runoff is still an issue. I have reported this before and it is causing damage to my yard and basement. This area really needs a sidewalk or curb with storm drains.
During hard rains, water backs up in the southeast corner of my yard and comes into my garage and basement from the parking pad on the east and below grade through the wall to the north. The sidewalk running along the Clifton St. right of way is the east boundary of my property (see photo). Water simply can't move fast enough to the culvert you installed south of my property on the west side of the sidewalk. Is there anything you can do to alleviate this problem? I'm happy to discuss the details. Thank you.

Hello, I have a couple of questions I would like to see if you can address. First, there are two Lime scooters at the corner of Orris and Monroe that have been there for 4 days. Is it possible to have these impounded? They are an eye sore and blocking the sidewalk. Next, will the orange fence around the vacant lot at the corner of 14th and Monroe be removed anytime soon? This is also an eyesore. I am asking only because it makes this part of town look messy and I do not think it deserves that reputation. Thank you for your time.
