At https://bloomington.in.gov/interactive/maps/parkingmap the map shows either Residential Parking or Other Permit Required (can't tell which as the symbols are identical) on one block South and one block East of the intersection E. Smith Ave. and S. Dunn St. I don't believe this is accurate. I have not seen signs posted in this area and there are not adjoining residences. They are also not in a Zone.
There is a large pothole near the intersection of S Dunn and E Smith. Since people street park it is almost impossible to drive on that street without going through it.
Vehicle has been abandoned for weeks, possibly even months
The water fountain at third street park is not draining. Also, some of the railings around the decorative fountain are loose at their bases.
The dog portion of this drinking fountain is not working. Just wanted to let you know!
Ped signal at Smith and Washington is triggering erroneously a couple times per minute. Not sure if the rain is causing this or what.
Indiana 270AFR Parked and unoccupied on bike lane south on Washington
Not sure where this should be reported. This truck parks on the road and in the bike lane frequently. Temporary license 96J1316
E-scooter parked in the middle of the entry to public parking lot
