There are several of these in the public right of way. And the purpose of the sign is moot -- the proposed rezone was pulled by the petitioner anyway.

Left turn signal always begins light cycle when north or southbound on Union. This is frustrating because there usually isn't even a car there to trigger the turn arrow. This causes all other cars to just sit when traffic could have been moving.
