Mentality unstable man abusing and neglecting his dog. Leaves outside every day no matter the weather conditions. He comes home for 5 minutes and leaves without even acknowledging his dog. Water bowl always empty, neighbors feed and provide water. He has been reported numerous times. Multiple domestic disputes with a woman that frequents the residence. This dog needs rehoused before it starves. Please help
The yard is heavily infested with the yellow-flowering invasive weed Lesser Celandine that the city sent out a flier about, but the house is unoccupied and up for sale, so it’s not clear anyone would receive that notification or be responsible for removing/poisoning the plants. I can see a few plants in the adjacent yards along Brown Ridge, too.

Because the apartment complex has established a permanent smoking area immediately outside this non-smoking building, violations are constant and can be observed at any time. The police have responded to this location multiple times due to fires caused by smoking. They informed me that this is a government or HAND (Housing and Neighborhood Development) issue; however, each time I report it, I am referred to a different department. Is it possible for a representative to see this firsthand without me calling the non-emergency line? Additionally, would the Health Department be able to assist, or is there another official who can verify the proximity of this smoking circle to the building? Yesterday evening (3/25/26) about 6:20 pm, multiple dogs started barking in the back yard at 1432 Winfield Rd. They barked continually until 6:56 pm. at which time a man let the dogs back into the house. I keep reporting; the dogs keep barking.

West Entrance Door is sticking, went to leave for the day and the door was wide open and I couldn't close it. Rubbing on the top frame of the door. I was able to get a small step stool and help push it down to close it. Put up signs to inform.
