See attached letter. Mr. Fritz is having problems with Channels 95, 96, 5 & 6. He talked with Scott Temple. Temple & a repairman came out and the problem seemed to be fixed. But the interference that he is having started back up. The problemed channels are mainly 95 & 96. He has called Insight frequently about this prob. The last time he called the customer service rep. stated that Temple stated that "there was nothing Insight could do, it was a spillover from the antennae off of Sare Road
Ltr. rec'd. from Ms. Mastalerz re. her rental property at 312 Bryan Ave. Stool leaked. Leak was fixed when problem discovered. High bills for 3 months. She does not feel that tenants who are students could pay the large bill and requests an adjustment.

Letter rec'd. from Mr. Lauer stating that he did not feel that he should be responsible for rent owed by former tenant, Jeff Barrett. Mr. Lauer says he did not receive notice of the 2-years bills and would like matter referred to USB for resolution.
Citizen strongly objects to TCI rate increase. See letter.
Letter received on 3/20/98 stated that Mr. & Ms. Riggins have had considerable trouble with storm drainage. The problem was worked on in 1992; however, the problem continues. Would like problem solved.
Letter states that customer was not informed about a $54.00 charge, that water was not turned on as stated, and that Jennifer (Customer Relations rep.) was rude. States she will not pay $54.00 charge no matter what is done to her account.
customer feels $54 charge is unfair. She signed to have the service turned on in advance but utilities was unable to leave the water on. She called on a saturday to have the water turned on. She feels if she had been more informed about make sure all faucets needed to be off and the possibility of a problem this could have been avoided. The letter has been forwarded to Administration.
