STANCOMBE STATES THAT IF YOU ARE COMING OFF OF THE STREET THAT GOES BA CK INTO LONGVIEW TRAILER COURT AND TURNING TO GO WEST ON 3RD STREET THERE ARE BUSHES NEAR THE RAILROAD TRACKS THAT BLOCK THE VIEW. SOMEONE IS GOING TO BE KILLED IF SOMETHING IS NOT DONE.
THE BUSHES AT THE BACK OF THE THE PROPERTY ARE OVERGROWN NEAR THE ROADWAY. THIS MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE HOUSE BEHIND THE ABOVE ADDRESS TO PULL OUT ONTO THE STREET. MANY TIMES THEY HAVE TO GET OUT OF THEIR VEHICLES TO DIRECT TRAFFIC. (NOTE: THIS WAS CALLED IN TO "HAND" AND REFERRED TO ENG.)

MR. MEFFORD CALLED AND STATED THAT HIS WATER DOES NOT TASTE BAD BUT DOES HAVE HORRIBLE SMELL. MR. MEFFORD WONDERS IF HIS WATER IS SAFE TO DRINK.
9th St. Tennis Courts - called to ask about better maintenance of the tennis course. Only one net up and many cracks in the court.

The retaining wall behind the sidewalk is falling down. There are stones on the sidewalk, or kicked off into the trees, and more stones ready to fall. These are large stones.
