It's in the Showers Building behind the city hall- There are three spot were you drilled for the new parking garage, well the spots are deep and need to be filled. It's right in front the the dumpster and silver chiller.
About 2-3 times a week the street lights are out from South Highland Ave and Atwater to South Mitchell Street and Atwater, and South Mitchell and Atwater to 3rd Street. I don't know why this happens, but it's dangerous to cross Atwater when the lights are out. Also, pedestrians may be more susceptible to attacks or robberies late at night. I am not sure if these lights are maintained by the city or not. I assume they are.
Hello! The intersection of 17th st and Kinser Pike has two left turn lanes each direction off 17th st turning both North and South onto Kinser Pike. The left turn green arrow does not get activated when there is only one car in either direction. I've seen it not get activated when there two cars. These left turns are dangerous for many reasons. This is the crest of a hill and they are basically blind turns when making a left and traffic generally speeds through this intersection very fast. If the left turn green arrow is not activated and there is someone else sitting in the opposite left turn lane facing us, there is no way to see what cars are coming without inching our front ends into the lane hoping we don't get hit and then proceeding with the aforementioned blind turn. I'm asking that the City of Bloomington make the left turn signal green arrows turning off of 17th onto Kinser Pike in both the North and South direction be activated with only one car in the lane. tree fell thanksgiving and continues to block road at 2230 N. Martha Street, bloomington. This was report the day after the winds blew it down. This is now a 4th time reported by phone, email, and UReport. the sanitation trucks will not get through the street.

I'm assuming you're aware of this and repair is in progress, but just in case, the South Walnut and Grimes traffic light continues to cycle green when there are no vehicles in the northbound left turn lane and when there are no vehicles from either direction stopped on Grimes.
