The drainage ditch in the city right-of-way needs attention.
Water run off from several lots behind me is crating an erosion of mud that is affecting my property.
Standing water in back yard after rain-neighbor to the east gets water in basement
This is the third time we are contacting the city about this problem. We have a culvert that heads west of our house for one block. Our house is on the bottom of the street, so all the debris when flooding happens lands in our culvert and yard. The house west of ours at 1928 Ruby Lane has several big holes in their culvert which are larger than 3 feet. The debris from their destroyed concrete comes down to our culvert and blocks the waterway. I am including pictures. Last year the city fixed the culvert on a house 5 houses up from us, but didn't fix the rest of the culvert. Please advise what to do. Thank you
I am enclosing more pics
Third picture. The holes measure over 3 feet wide. We would appreciate if the city will get this problem fixed soon. Thank you.
She would like to know when we might be scheduling work on the drainage ditches and what type of work so she can plant a tree
The property owner, Rega Wood, is concerned about the drainage coming from the north and crossing onto her property. The existing inlets in Rose Ave. cannot handle the amount of water they receive.
This complaint was received by Planning on 8/1 and forwarded to CBU. She complained that since the construction of the apartment building at 710 N College Ave, her property to the north is being flooded.
Rega called in at 9am 9/23/13 requesting an update and explaining that her property was again hit hard by the latest rain. She also indicated that the adjacent property was being paved and could cause her more problems
