This trash has been at the yellow house on the corner for one month. I called the person that was on the hand file, but they no longer own the property. I don't think anyone else has registered it as a rental unit, but it definitely is a rental unit.
Trash or recycling laying in lawn
Mattress and couch left by dumpster by 1501 Dorchester apartments and mattresses by 1610 Dorchester. Been there for weeks.
This branch just fell out of a tree onto the sidewalk like 3 seconds after my kid walked under it. I would like for people to maintain their trees and for my child to remain alive.
Road was torn up for a sewage/utility repair roughly 1.5 months ago and was never properly repaved/restored. Mud is encroaching into yards, several people have slipped in the mud due to its close proximity to the mailboxes. Some cannot park close to their homes, one cannot get to the next road, they have to turn around and go to the opposite end of the street to get to the next block. The landlord is a slumlord who keeps the neighborhood roads a wreck but THIS situation has gone on too long!
Overgrown lawn
at 514 W. Allen St., tree limb fell in alley & knocked out power all along north W. Allen St. at 2am. Tree limb fell on house power line. House power line in yard. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE. OWNER KURT RUBECK DIED MID JULY 2026, SO NOT ABLE TO CONTACT HIM. Yard is terribly overgrown, so may be difficult to see power line. SAFETY ISSUE
There is still trash and overgrown vegetation on the city row north side of Patterson between Madison and Rogers Homeless camp
Compost bin odor is so bad.I cannot sit on my front porch or open my windows. I don't know the guidelines for a compost in the city but I hope there are some. This is affecting me because I'm not able to enjoy my yard. I'm also afraid of any kind of vermin that it is attracting.
