Lyft/Bird e bike left in front of wheelchair ramp blocking sidewalk making it impossible for the visually impaired, wheelchairs, canes, walkers, baby trollies, families holding hands with toddlers, grocery carts, etc to access sidewalk. While, yes, carrying nothing I can step around, I am speaking up for neighbors who cannot, and because this isn't an instance of just one sidewalk being blocked, but constantly walking around town and seeing multiple blocked sideways because of these rental scooters and bikes. Often, the people hired to charge them like to leave them in auspicious places while ignoring the needs of disabled community members or those who need full access to ramps and sidewalks. These neighbors could fall trying to steer into the grass or mud. Not sure how a city like Bloomington is supposed to regulate something like this. Been an epidemic ever since they were introduced, and those delivery bots around campus also expect people to just go around. They just stop in the middle of the sidewalk delivering Chipotle or whatever flashing 8-bit heart-shaped eyes at you like, "Go around me!" Well, some friends and Bloomington neighbors literally can't. [end rant] Thank you, HAND and city of Bloomington. Let's keep our town safe and civil.

The over grown trees and foliage along the side of the street block the line of sight for south traffic on Fritz including blocking the stop sign (with tree limbs and a new no parking sign that someone installed so its not visible to traffic).

Did the City install no parking signs immediately in front of stop signs on the residential street going out onto Walnut? So drivers dont clearly see the stop sign on a main street?

There are suddenly no parking signs in front of the stop signs. The signs dont match anything else in this area of the city and cant be read when driving down the street. There's no way the city installed these. Did someone put up unsanctioned street signs after getting tired of the paper signs littering the streets here or did this get contracted out to a company who has no idea how to install street signage? This is not safe!

The O'Neill/Wells library crosswalk, especially after afternoon classes, causes significant traffic buildup, congestion, and confusion. After boarding the 9 bus at the IMU at 5:00, it took over 20 minutes to get from 10th and Woodlawn to the crosswalk in question. I have experienced this same issue while driving as well. This is a consistent issue during the week. I am not sure if solutions have been considered before, but if there have been I would love to know. Thank you for your consideration.

Ureport case number - 214749 Whoever responded asked questions, but did so from a no- reply email, so I've gotta do this to get the answers back to the city. Please review this process. Here's the quoted text from my attempted email replies: Thanks for your quick reply and your questions. All of the neighbors on this small street will appreciate any improvement. The westbound lanes get blocked, especially from 1500-1800. Yancy Ln only goes north off third, so the westbound/northern side of third is the offending area. It's a _|_ intersection with no southern branch which is hard to notice in the first place. Now it's about to be crammed between McD's and Chick-fil-A. Thanks again for the help.

The no parking signs are being installed IN FRONT of and BEHIND the stop signs. The signs dont match the other half of the neighborhood in placement or type of sign. They look fake and are installed so drivers cant read them. The temporary signs have been left as litter in the streets and the installlation of these new signs is unbelievably ineffective. This is not acceptable and unbelievable after this neighborhood has dealt with paper signs for 2 years.

Thanks for your time and help with the problem at West Third and Yancy. This 3-way, "T" intersection is often blocked. There is no white paint or 'Don't Block the Box' signage. I say leave it clean and ticket people who block it. Get some revenue. The problem will get worse with the completion of Chik-Fil-A.
