On N. Kinser Pike going around the corner after upper cascades, there’s a tree limb sticking out with a light blue flag tied to it. A box truck was in front of Mr blocking my view of it and a car was coming the other way. I did not see the limb before my side view mirror hit it. I need someone to give this matter attention for me.
The Project School’s student pickup line causes so many issues on Washington and 3rd streets. Especially with the College Ave closure, the 3rd and Washington intersection gets backed up at pickup time. I live on Washington and it took me 20 minutes to get from the light at 3rd and Washington to my parking spot at 2nd and Washington. Additionally, with the College Ave closure, 3rd is getting insanely backed up from College to Dunn/Atwater. This is unsustainable and the project school traffic guiders are making the issue worse.
The bushes growing on the east side of the Best Buy parking lot are obstructing the line of site on S. Williamsburg Dr., adjacent to Aldi's. Please advise if this is private property, I will contact owner. Thank you
Sidewalk on NW corner of 12th and Jackson is blocked by trees/bushes growing into the sidewalk from the property at 600 W 12th. They're hard to see right now, which just increases the nuissance. Thanks!
See case #207337. The response did not explain why it is ok for these people to store a portable toilet on City property in full view of the neighborhood. It is standing in the "Tree Plot" right by the street. This is City property. Please ask the builders to move their latrine to the back of the lot where people don't have to be continually reminded of their presence.

The northbound side of N Kinser Pike at the intersection with SR 45 could desperately use a dedicated right turn lane, as traffic often backs through multiple traffic light cycles. I already reached out to INDOT and they said that they don't have any funded projects on their end. BUT they would be willing to work with the city if we wanted to take the initiative. Folks frequently use the shoulder here as a makeshift turn lane but it is full of potholes and not well-suited for this purpose. A dedicated turn lane would greatly help improve throughput during busy times when the light is very short. There is ample room to expand, and it appears that the lots already belong to DOT and the Indiana DNR. Resolution: Thank you for contacting the Indiana Department of Transportation. Our Traffic Investigations Engineer has reported a turn lane would require widening with full-depth pavement and utility relocation. INDOT does not have any funded projects to construct a right turn lane at this location. If the City would like to pursue the addition of a turn lane on Kinser Pk, they can work with INDOT Permits.
