- Case Date:

In front of property 1505 E First pedestrians almost have to step into the street to avoid low-hanging shrub branches. Can the tenant be asked to clip them? Thanks.

800 Block of W. 2nd St(2nd and Euclid):from Euclid turning on to 2nd, it is difficult to see looking East to turn out on 2nd due to plants. 900 Block of W. 3rd St: Sidewalk blocked by plants on the North side of the street. 700 Block of W. Smith: Impassable due to overgrown plants and trees.
The owner of 347 S. Maple Street has planted large bushes at the edge of the sidewalk blocking the line of sight at S. Maple Street and W. Smith Avenue
bushes hanging over into the sidewalk
from Walker to Euclid has lots of excessive growth blocking views to pull out of driveways. some bushes are growing into the street. the whole area needs to be looked at, even behind the properties.
Sent an email to Paul for follow-up
For HAND: this is my annual complaint about the shrubs in front of 401 S High Street. They are starting to encroach on the sidewalk again so that it will be hard for someone with a stroller to pass that part of the sidewalk. And once someone is in the neighborhood, they may want to check out the south-west corner of the Second and High Street intersection. Weeds are starting to creep up the sidewalk there as well. Thanks!
Large bush blocking the sidewalk. It is located in front of the law office.
Recurring problem during warm weather months. Property owner at 1117 S. Rogers does not trim shrubs making it difficult to see oncoming traffic for motorists pulling onto Rogers from neighborhood alley. Shirley Schooley (1118 S. Madison) is usually the one who calls in and reports it.
