I frequently drive through the intersection of Hillside and Henderson, often approaching it from the south (on Henderson). I hope the city can consider putting a "No Right on Red" sign there. This intersection has students from Templeton and South High School as pedestrians and cyclists (and from South as drivers). When you are turning right/east from Henderson onto Hillside, you do not have visibility until you have pulled forward into the crosswalk across Henderson. Because of the difficulty seeing if you have a clearing, I can imagine someone wanting to speed into a right turn...but it is a very populated corner with Feast there and apartments and Templeton close by, and pedestrians in the crosswalk could be at risk. I have counseled my daughter, who is learning to drive, not to try to turn right until the light turns green (and to wait to signal till then). If you have your turn signal on, people behind you can get impatient...a stressful situation for a new driver. And since there is a lot of traffic going to and from the high school, this intersection has a high concentration of new drivers. A friend of hers on a bike was hit last year at that intersection.

Earlier this month I witnessed a driver continue straight east on Atwater thru the intersection with Mitchell- straight into the opposing lane. This was at night and they made it several blocks before seeing oncoming traffic and moving over. I was there in the daylight today 10/22 and the exact same thing happened and they drove the wrong way from Mitchell to Arbutus. For the left turn lane from E Atwater going north onto Mitchell, could we please add a curb/ reflective bollards or a similar quick build solution here to prevent confusion? At the S Highland / E 2nd St 4 way intersection I have within one week noticed four vehicles that have not obeyd the STOP signs on E 2nd street going east and west. Maybe the big tree in the north east corner needs to be trimmed a little? Or put up a pre warning sign of an upcoming four way STOP?

Need street-surface traffic direction arrows painted in the 2 lanes of S. Clarizz heading north. I have seen people make the right-hand lane into a left-hand turn onto East 3rd St. Please see pic of suggested arrows. The yellow marks are the direction available besides a right turn. Tx!

sidewalk is blocked along this stretch in a few places by overgrown bushes and ornamental grass. on the corner, the bushes are the responsibility of whoever owns the utility boxes they hide, along the road it's the houses behind the hedge.

Sidewalk along Landmark has no curb ramp on one end for wheelchairs and power chairs to get on and off. And on the other end which was just redone really has no curb ramp either. You might be able to drive an RC car on it that how narrow the flat spot is. You cant drive a chair up on it because its not flat. People in wheelchairs and Powerchairs are avoiding this and going the wrong way down the street towards 3rd in a blind curve. Its only a matter of time before a car rounds that blind curve to find a wheel chair user in the lane also heading towards them. We just had a girl stuck out there today trying to get on the sidewalk but couldn't. Somebody is gonna get hit. Please let us know how we can help you help this matter. Best Wishes, Kevin. Vehicles driving east on Grimes often stop in the middle of the road (rather than in their "lane") at the stop sign at Woodlawn. This makes it impossible to turn onto Grimes from Woodlawn until they have moved on, leading to difficult and unpredictable traffic situations. Would it be possible to put a center line here on Grimes, just for the intersection and the approach to it? To encourage drivers on Grimes to be in their lane when they stop at the intersection.

This property has trees that encroach on both the sidewalk and road on both the Camby Lane and the Abby Lane sides of the property. The owner has been asked multiple times to trim the trees and bushes to allow safe and unimpeded use of the sidewalk and road by pedestrians and vehicles.
