I submitted an erosion/drainage issue behind my house (2201 E. Autumn Dr. Bloomington IN 47401). Someone from City called and left a message for me saying that it is on private property therefore City will not take care of it. I showed it to several other folks and in their opinion, it is City's responsibility since the rainwater pipe is the one causing the damage. I am not sure if your site visitors went to the location to verify this. The rain water from the entire neighborhood comes through this pipe and ends in the creek. I am attaching a picture with this form so that you can take a look at it.If the site visitor wants to visit again, this is happening in between (the back of ) houses 2201 and 2200.

There are two very large and deep muddy puddles in the large dog park area at Switchyard. One is located by the large tree in the center of the park, and the other is located by the sitting area under the green awning. My dog recently got into the muddy water, ate and drank it, and became severely sick for several days. After speaking with several dog owners at the park, this has happened with their dogs too, so it is definitely a health hazard. It is very difficult to keep the dogs away from these areas. This does not seem to be a problem just after rainfall, but most of the time. I ask that they be filled with gravel or fenced off to allow for regrowth and to keep dogs away in the meantime. We have had extremely low water pressure and flow since repair of water main break at the corner of Ashwood Drive and E Ashwoood circle a couple weeks ago. water often slows to a trickle, even if only one faucet on. Never had the problem before that. Is this the new normal ?

After my refridgerator ice maker stopped working and the water dispenser slowed, I discovered that the water line to fridge was releasing water filled with what appear to be dirt particles. These were clogging the refridgerator water filter, causing the above-mentioned problems. Currently, this appears to be the only spigot with water quality issues, but it is still a concern.
