Anonymous complaint from a woman who lives on S. Wilton in Green Briar Hills. She said drainage from Arden Place runs through their neighborhood and right now, there is a lot of water, leaves and trash along the street. There is a large pothole/swamp forming in front of 104 N Roosevelt Street. Despite the fact that it hasn't rained in several days there is a large quantity of stagnant stinky water forming here that presents a hazard to drivers and pedestrians.

My home owner association asked me to request replacement of the water valve covers as seen in the attached document. The 3' diameter one does not fit it's nest and the 8 '' one is missing.

My home owners association asked that I request replacement of the cast iron water utility valve covers in my neighborhood. I have attached a picture of the one that is missing. It is a 8'' diameter cover located on the east turnabout. There is also a 3' cover that does not fit in it's nest in the yard of unit 713.
