Southdowns Details: The branches of the trees (willows?) on Southdowns are hitting cyclists in the face if they stay in the designated bike lane, between Woodlawn (Bryan Park) and Highland. Please check both sides of Southdowns (one-way traffic). I think the trees need a trim.

Trash in bags with out stickers sited by Sanitation - has been in the tree plot for several weeks. Due damage from storm - I do not think anyone is living there.
Details: Just off E Third Street in front of house 213 Overhill, there is a big orange sign "Right lane closed ahead". The sign has been there for months, while there seems nothing going on ahead. Did they forget to take away the sign after the construction was done?!
