House was vacant but neighbor is now concerned there may be squatters in building. Check for unsafe, unregistered rental, squatters, to see if owner is the same, etc.
Kim Evans would like to know why the mowers have not been mowing the northern slope of Park Ridge East Park. It is becoming overgrown in areas we were previously able to walk.
We live on Wellington Drive in Sherwood Oaks and our street sign is turned so it looks like Wellington is Allendale and vice versa. Also off of Allendale, the Roxbury sign is bent. Southdowns Details: The branches of the trees (willows?) on Southdowns are hitting cyclists in the face if they stay in the designated bike lane, between Woodlawn (Bryan Park) and Highland. Please check both sides of Southdowns (one-way traffic). I think the trees need a trim.
Details: Just off E Third Street in front of house 213 Overhill, there is a big orange sign "Right lane closed ahead". The sign has been there for months, while there seems nothing going on ahead. Did they forget to take away the sign after the construction was done?!
Like many others in my neighborhood, I have had items stolen from my (unlocked) car this summer. In particular an empty Ray Ban sunglasses case, and a cheap GSP system ($100). I noticed the items were missing about July 7.
Are fireworks allowed in neighborhood; how much time; are they allowed to shoot them in other people's yards?
