The house and yard are totally overgrown. It is next an elementary school and their buildings. The yard and adjacent properties owned by the same person are both at least 16" tall with brush and large tree limbs down.

Report Case #159586
This has been an ongoing issue. The creek, once again, is very cloudy and dirty. It was clear yesterday (2/1/19) and is like this today.

167265 was a previous case of the same problem. It was closed by Kelsey Thetonia. I report that the creek is intermittently very dirty and muddy looking. It was very clear yesterday and now it is very dirty, like previous pictures I have sent. Since it was clear yesterday and hasn't rained since Saturday, it seems like it is more than simple runoff. Someone upstream must be doing something.

We have lived here for nearly 40 years and the creek water has never looked this bad. Yes, after a heavy rain, it is cloudy, but it hasn't rained for over a week. The water looks very dirty and there is a bad smell, as well. Not sure if this is the department to inform. If not please pass this along. Children play in the creek and there seems to be some type of runoff or other issue that is making the water look bad. Thanks

On February 24 during a wind storm a tree, which stands near the power line between Arden Dr. and Queens Way, dangerously cracked. The workers from Duke Energy, who cut a big portion of the tree, understandably didn’t want it to fall on the power line. They did it in a such way that branches fell to our back yard and even damaged the fence. Duke doesn’t want to remove debris and repair the fence. Despite the tree stand on the land belonging to Duke (or town?) and the damage was not the act of nature, they claim that it is not their responsibility. Please help us to recover from this Duke’s «gift».

There are lots of asphalt chunks in the gutter that interfere with keeping the storm drains unclogged.

Townsend, Inc recently cut trees/shrubbery along the west side of High St, under the power lines. They left huge chunks of logs scattered willy nilly all over the side of the road, and it looks absolutely terrible. Many of the logs are up against the fences of the homes backing up to High St., and could become a source of termites, as well as shelter for wildlife that could cause problems by running into the street. I’ve reported multiple dead deer on this stretch of road, hate to have to report more. Please make Townsend or the utility companies rectify this eyesore? Thanks so much.
