What the heck? Surely this isn’t the way this is going to stay? Your guys came out but only trimmed the edge by the stairs. This has not looked this bad since we moved in 3 years ago. Please either explain your plan or send out another mowing crew.

There is a fairly deep hole in the road at this intersection. It would benefit greatly from a few shovel fulls of black top. My car suspension would like it too especially when I forget about it. Thanks. Robert.
Bad Potholes!
I would like to report large patches of poison ivy (mixed in with foliage and climbing up trees) on Weatherstone Ave east of Woodlawn. As you walk east on Weatherstone on the asphalt walkway on the north side of the street, there is foliage to the north of the asphalt walkway. There is quite a bit of poison ivy right next to the asphalt walkway and also climbing up the trees along the pathway. (Note: the automatic address identifier erroneously calls this location on Weatherstone "Manor".) I would appreciate it if the poison ivy nearest the pathway could be treated/removed.
I work over at Woolery Mill (2250 Sunstone Drive) and Breaking A Way runs along the east side of our facility. There are many (8-12) potholes that need filled that we would greatly appreciate. Thanks!
My sanitary sewer was backed up about a week ago and I did get some sewage water enter my home thru the air conditioner drain in my garage! Was this a city sewer system problem or mine? 704 East Winslow Farm Drive
Trash containers consistently left out on sidewalk and street for full week obstructing traffic, parking and street cleaning
The bush near the sidewalk in Bryan Park near the intersection of Henderson and Davis is taking over the sidewalk. There’s a tree growing in the bush which grows faster than the bush. Both are taking over. I’ve trimmed this myself 3 times in the past year so that pedestrians and bikes can stay on the sidewalk. Can you trim, or better replace the bush with a nice shade tree that would enhance the park. Thanks, Jon Lawrence
