Please do something about the homeless in and around the library. A resource officer can easily make sure they aren't bathing and congregating in bathrooms. I grew up in Bloomington and love it...but issues need to be addressed. This being a major one. The library should be a safe space. Thank you.
The protected turn arrow on Fee Lane (traffic turning westbound onto 17th Street) is not functioning. Our transit buses are required to turn left on a none protected signal, and the increase in traffic has made the turn challenging. The signal has a protected turn arrow, but it was deactivated at some point over IU's summer break.

Tim, Re: uReport Case #204545. Thanks for the reply. Any update regarding the big mud hole getting filled in, drain added, fenced off, or something? IMHO just fencing it off would be the easiest and cheapest solution. We (me and other regular dog park visitors) were hoping it would get done when the was park closed for 2 days. Apparently that was just to spray Roundup, which for what it's worth, was not well received by the regular dog park visitors. As one person said, "Who cares about weeds in a dog park?". There is a lady that stands there with a sign, not a lot, but a few times I have seen her. She is hostile towards the cars sitting at the stop light waiting for the light to turn green. She was shaking her fist at me and I thought she was going to start beating my car. There are homeless all around that area which needs to be addressed, but if any person starts beating on my car for whatever their reason is I do consider that person to be violent and I am fearing for my life. That is not acceptable in our city. Clean up our streets Bloomington.
