Bus 9 drove right passed the stop around 9:05 a.m. There was a group of people waiting at the curb and they just drove right by. Didn’t say it was a full bus or anything on the sign at the top. Some missed class and exams!
North east corner cross walk at Henderson and Hillside is covered with ice. Saw 2 people slip. This is also a school crossing.
There is a large pile of snow that has been plowed into the newly installed cross walks at 17th Street and Eagleson Ave. The pile is causing visibility issues with pedestrians crossing here, causing a major safety issue. Please have the pile removed as soon as possible.

My trash was not picked up this morning. The recycling was picked up. I left enough room between the two containers and my trash bin was at the end of my driveway. It is a full container and needs to be picked up today. Thanks
For west-bound drivers turning left (south) from 10th St onto the Bypass. Of the two left turn lanes, the lefter lane is blocked by a mound of snow at the end of the turn. So when both lanes of drivers turn left, the lefter drivers try to squeeze into the righter lane at the end of the turn. Please clear the mound of snow in the middle of the intersection, or block of the lefter left turn lane on westbound 10th st to prevent collisions.

Sidewalks along Azalea were not cleared by Summit Point apartments so high school kids have to walk in the narrow street in the dark to get to South.
City did not clear the Azalea sidewalk along Winslow Woods so high school kids have to walk along the street in the dark to get to South.
