Hello! I know the men in the trucks are working their tails off. I do wonder why even when extreme snow is predicted our city folks in charge of planning truly fail Bloomington. I’ve lived here for many years after coming from Michigan and every year the city becomes a joke about their handling of the snow but as we come to this storm I wanted to formally request more information on logistics and planning. I have many a times tried to understand what part and who within the city’s scope this is via this tool or emailing directly but unfortunately I never receive actual responses to my questions, but sometimes I see the action taken so I know my questions were read. I would prefer this request not go through Adam Wason since I do believe he is the one ignoring my contacts or brushing me off which as someone who was a coworker and friend of his feels even worse. Is there another party in the city to speak to about this to ensure things are getting taken care of? Thank you for your time.

The city snow plow have completely plowed us into our house with 3-4 feet is snow by NOT plowing from the other direction of the street. Joy, Jed & Jean make a horseshoe and the only plow from joy to Jean to Jed pushing all the snow in front of our address!!!! We need them to start on Jed to Jean and hit the corner of Joy and Jean and plow the area in front of our house!!! It way too tall for us to dig ourselves out!

Are you guys ever going to plow the roads? Or did you sell all of our plows and pocket the money? It’s been 24 hours since the snow started and you had a week to prepare for this. Complete and total failure. Whoever manages the plows has no business being in that position. This is pathetic and embarrassing. You should be ashamed of yourselves. What do I pay taxes for?

Please plow the alley running north to south in between College and Walnut and 11th and 10th street. Cars are blocked in and will be unable to report to work, school, or leave to get basic essentials.

S Clifton Ave and E Atwater Ave have not been plowed. I do not think Clifton has been plowed at all this year throughout the many occasions it has snowed.

Please plow the alleyway from Madison St. to Rogers street when you are able to plow in my neighborhood. This is not done by a private contractor. Thank you so much.
