The posts and concrete at the intersection of Winslow Rd and Walnut Street Pike need the reflectors replaced and the concrete needs reflective paint. It's very hard to see at night especially if it is foggy.
This is a 3 way stop. Maybe 25% of the vehicles actually stop. Some never touch their brakes. There are no sidewalks here and so any of us biking, walking, dog walking, grand kids walking, kids walking home from school... are going through this intersection on foot or bike. Thank you for any consideration of policing this stop once in awhile??? I'm not sure what other traffic alerts would do anything here?
This was reported 10/30/25 - the concrete around the storm sewer drain has collapsed and there is a large hole over the underground drain. The City put orange cones next to the drain but has not fixed the problem. Case #206578.
Mattress has been laying in front of dumpster for a week and is blocking the road.
At the head of the road there is a small area surrounded by an orange fence with poles sticking up and lots of weeds. Not sure who this belongs to but it has been there awhile and we would like to see it gone. Thank you for looking into this and please keep me posted.
there is a car parked on the street near our house overnight and all day that does not appear to have a neighborhood sticker. It has been there a few days.

This vehicle creates a dangerous sight line obstruction when I pull onto 1st Street, which has heavy traffic. Despite my initial report, the vehicle remains un-ticketed and I have not received a response from the Town of Bloomington. This ongoing violation poses a safety hazard. Last night for couple hours a dog was left outside in 11 degree windchill on a balcony in back of house. It was whining/crying nonstop. I’ve never felt so bad for an animal, it was quite bitter and windy. This dog is left outside there at times during crazy weather but this was the worst. I was hoping someone could stop by and educate them and tell them neighbors are upset for the dog.
Five dogs ran all around the yard, barking constantly, from 5 to 5:30 today at which time the two large dogs spent until 5:47 jumping against the back door to get back into the house. At no time did anyone come out of the house to look into all the noise being made.
