Good Morning: My wife is an on-call nurse--meaning access to the hospital is a critical part of doing her job, no matter the weather. I was disappointed to experience the north side of the intersection of Dunn all weekend then again yesterday morning as well as today. The south side of the intersection has been cleaned wonderfully--but the north side of the intersection has been in poor condition since the snow began accumulating. Without a four-wheel drive vehicle that sits high above the road, I am not sure my wife could have made it to work at any point using that intersection as the snow has been deep and has hardly been touched. I feel I should also mention that Dunn north of the bypass is barely wide enough for a single car right now--and traffic on this road is substantial on a daily basis. Is there a reason why the plow only plows the very middle of our street? Lakewood Drive, Ramble Rd are both plowed completely in general, while ours has only one 'swath' plowed out of the middle. Management or maintenance has not plowed the parking space to ensure residents are able to parking in spaces with some snow being up over car hoods. If we are able to leave and someone parks in the space we left and we come back there is nowhere to park because snow isn't being removed from the spaces to park in and people are getting stuck. When saying something to the maintenance man he replies with foul language and an attitude.

The snow removal truck pushed the snow off the street/Cul de Sac up beside our mailbox, blocking it from access by the USPS carrier. The snow bank is head high and packed tightly. I am 89 years old and cannot shovel it away and others to hire can’t either. The plow truck driver is not getting the job done correctly. This is not the first time this has happened but this time it will be a long time before it melts.

Requesting street snow removal for S Waldron St between 3rd and 4th St.

Grant Street near MCPL has not even been touched by a plow. Very dangerous conditions there and no way of knowing if it had been plowed until turning onto it.

The multi-use trail starting at Basswood and Bloomfield Rd and eastward up to Walker and 2nd St has not been cleared. I realize this may not be a priority, but I bike to work and until this trail is cleared, I need to ride on Bloomfield Rd/2nd St, greatly increasing my personal risk by having to share a road with motor vehicles. If possible to clear any or all of that trail, it would be greatly appreciated.

S Williamsburg Dr between 3rd St and Longview doesn't appear to have been plowed at all as of Tuesday morning. Not sure if this is a city street or private, but it's a major connector between 7th St/Longview and 3rd St and also between the businesses in the area.
