On Vernal Pike heading east in to the City, there is a significant speed limit change once you reach Cresent Road. There is a reader board that alerts you to the speed limit change, but it is located essentially right at the zone change itself. This is setting up a dangerous situation, especially in regards to school bus traffic and children entering/exiting buses. Vehicles are going very fast and suddenly the speed limit changes very fast (from 40 mph to 20 mph). Can the reader board sign please be moved about 500' west (prior to entering bridge)? If not, can another warning sign or signal of some type be installed to give drivers an advanced warning of the speed limit change? This will really help with the safety of this situation. Last summer I went hiking at Leonard Springs Nature Park at least once a week (I live down the road) and I just followed the trail around in the big loop and I never had an issue. There were no need for signs because there were no forks in the path or anything like that. Today I went hiking there for the first time since last fall and I got lost for nearly an hour and ended up on a new trail that led me to someones private property where they were hunting. There are at least 4 places where the the trail forks and there are no signs telling you which way to go and where they lead. I took a right turn and the trail dead ended and I found myself in the middle of nowhere. I am an experienced hiker and I have a good sense of direction but something weird is going on with this trail. There are giant bulldozed areas with no description that lead nowhere. This is very unsafe. And why on earth would one of these trails lead to someones property where they have hunting equipment set up? Those rednecks are hunting back there where people are hiking. Also there is broken glass and polar pops everywhere. I know the Indiana crowd isn't super classy to begin with, but I think we all pay enough taxes to permit someone cleaning up that trail every now and then. My dog stepped on a broken beer bottle. The whole situation is just disgusting.

Writing the address on the envelope to send our Property Tax check, I realized that it says 'Fairfileld, OH'. Just curious why that is. Could this not be processed in Bloomington, creating work for locals, instead of probably having to play an outsider to do this?

I am finding it very difficult to locate when when my yard waste is picked up. I easily found out that I am in the A group but cannot seem to locate anything else about the A group. Where I found out I was in the A group it would be very handy to have a link to that schedule. Thanks.

The Bloomington Bagel Company at 113 N. Dunn Street recently installed giant umbrellas on their outdoor patio tables. As a result, the tables and chairs are extending into the pedestrian right of way on the sidewalk. The umbrellas are also not tall enough to safely walk under. It appears to be presenting several hazards and blocking safe access for pedestrians and individuals who use wheelchairs.

Can you request att clean up neglected trash around the back of Indiana Bell court please. Pushes against Park ridge East Park and clutters the area.

I live on a corner lot and always bring trash to the "front" for collection. Would it be fine to leave it on the side yard instead since a street is there too for pickup? It's a much shorter drag of the bins there. Thank you.

Bayles Road off of Kinser Pike has several deep potholes and several areas at the edge of the road that have disintegrated. This is causing a lot of unnecessary road hazards (having to swerve to miss them). I have a newer vehicle and it can not take much more. Is there any way you could get some one on this?
