I am currently attending the virtual City of Bloomington Board of Park Commissioners meeting via Zoom. I am disappointed by the city’s negligence to make this meeting more accessible for those with hearing barriers. Why don’t ALL virtual city meetings have closed captions and/or live signing?

Will you *please* re-enable the map feature on uReports? See case# #206286. It is understandable that it needs to be upgraded/"rewritten" - it has been a bit persnickety lately - but why not keep the one that's been used for a long time by a lot of people until you have a new one to replace it, rather than just disabling it while you figure out how to improve it? It makes *zero* sense to turn off a functional and useful feature that needs some updating while it still works fine, and not explain fully why that was done.

I am interested in completing your survey on possible alternatives to the current traffic configuration on Walnut and College but I cannot get it to load properly. I’ve tried on a couple of computers without success, and some friends have similar stories. Please consider changing the survey, maybe with smaller files and more text descriptions, so it can load more easily. Your results are going to be skewed if you don’t and you will be making decisions without feedback from people who care. Thank you.

Neither my husband nor I received notification of the water main break last night that lead to no running water for several hours. Hello, I am looking to get some advice on how to trap a racoon that continues to come into our home. We have sealed off the cat doors several different times and it continues to come back. We have purchased a have-a-heart trap and used marshmallows, canned wet cat food, canned tuna, etc and it's not working. If there are other things that we could be trying please let me know. Our neighbors will not control their dogs. They constantly let them out on their porch above us and allow them to pee and poop which falls on our porch. They constantly have them off the leash and the dogs have popped in front of our apartment door and they made no attempt to clean it up. Today they had the dogs off the leash again and 2 of their dogs ran into our house as we were trying to retrieve our packages.
