House looks vacant but all kinds of trash stacked up on side of house. Has been piling up for awhile - thinks maybe someone dumping it there. "Is really a mess, afraid it'll draw rats.

Renters always have 6 to 8 cars parked here and on the lawn. Mrs. Curry asked them to stop parking in front of her house. Tennant told her she has 8 children many that are grown & are parking their cars everywhere. Mrs. Curry said it is very annoying that people visiting her now have nowhere to park. Would like a call from inspector about this.

Officer Coleman (BPD) reports house in total disrepair & unasfe. Floor buckling up in living room. Walls falling in, ceilings falling, bad roof, wet caprpets, pans sitting everywhere w/awter in them, lights on & nobody home. Owner has been gone for 4 months (possibly out West - BPD dispatch has more info) Door is open on left side of house leading to garage.
