Complaintant askes: Is the condition of this facility witin zoning codes & is the reckless storage of material within the standards of business codes ? Complainant would like an answer regarding this. See attached letter from complaintant.
Duplex with residents continue to park on lawn although CE has told them not to park on the lawn.

There is an old underground water cistern located on a parcel of land owned by Utilities on John Young Rd. It has open lid and could be a safety hazard.
Complaintant does not want VH1 taken off of the air.
He is at the dead end of N Washington Street. Says street needs dead end signs.
