Junk tires, wehicle parts, matresses, in rear of house. Operating a mechanical business due to different cars there all the time.
Trash cans are not being taken in. People walking by use trash cans. Complaintant has contacted owner but nothing gets done about it. She is extremely upset about this & tired of looking at their trash cans all the time. Wondered if this apt. bldg. should have a dumpster.

9 bags of trash dumped in parking lot. Tenants called Maidi & they think trash came from neighbors.
Empty house being used for storage. Grass mowed maybe once this summer, 5 or 6 junk cars, trash & junk laying all over the place. Complaintant owns most of the property around here including apts - difficult to rent apts with 1213 looking so bad.
Mr. Hoover called to complain about the recent construction on Tapp Road. He believes the construction caused his driveway to crack. I referred Mr. Hoover to Risk Management Department.
