Complaintant takes care of prop. at 400 E. 2nd & said this has been an on-going problem with other people using their dumpster.

Residents at 822 E. Hunter Ave. are using Connaught Enterprises dumpster for their trash & putting it on the ground when dumpster is full. Connaught have observed them doing this & confronted them to no avail. Would appreciate our assistance.
