Mr. Bruner states that the property that abuts next to the back of his lot dump there yardwaste and tree branches/shrubs over there fence, next to his property. Mr. Montgomery phoned to complain about 135 E. Sunny Slopes Dr....he lives @ 165 E. Sunny Slopes Dr...he said the fence row that is along 135 and the neighbor's house has about 50 trash bags full of trash lined along it and have been there for quite some time now.
