The globe on the street light in front of my house has come loose and is about to fall off. If it does fall off, it will create a dangerous hazard on our property, sidewalk, and possibly the street. Please see the photo included in this request.

The light is cycling through WITHOUT turning green. The green arrow happens, but never turns green on the main lights. Seems to happen in the morning. It’s been happening for at least several days. Causing MASSIVE delays to cars.

The streetlight at this location has a worsening flicker and the casing of the lightsource appears to be gone. This is about 16 yards or so north from the crosswalk on the west side of Walnut St., directly across from MCREA & MCREA on the east side of the street.
