People are laying underneath cars with the lower portion of their bodies out in the middle of Palmer. next to the tow lot on West 10th at N. Summitt is an opportunity for a pedestrian path down to the B-Line Trail. Likely the best thing would be a combination stair and ramp, with appropriate amounts of retaining structure as the hillside is being weakened by erosion, causing trees to fall.
