Old leaning tree over the sidewalk and a few older trees with cracking limbs and branches these are on a city parcel and have been reported before after a large limb fell and broke other limbs on the trees. There is also a large tree along the street at 1003 w Cottage Grove that has dead branches on top of the tree. Along the curbs of w Cottage Grove the weeds are growing and will block the drains, there are leaves and black walnuts and gravel too.

Another AT&T junction box in sad shape: when you are waiting at the traffic light at the corner of W Third and Patterson, heading towards the cemetery, and you look to your left (Wheeler Mission direction) you will see this box in the gras. Gravel overflowing from tree plot into 7-line and sidewalk. This photo is at the parking lot for 215 N Washington St, but the problem exists along the whole block between walnut and washington. This is my 3rd report of this exact problem. Most recently, #205849. One of the property managers keeps adding more gravel even though it has been overflowing for several years already. The mythical street sweeping did not even remove the gravel already in the 7 line! It certainly cannot do anything about the continuin flow of gravel. Historical photos on google street view show that the properties on the eastern half of the block did not used to have loose gravel -- this is a new development and not grandfathered in. Regardless of what the original zoning mistake was, OVERFLOWING WAS NEVER AUTHORIZED. and: IF PLANNING CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS, ENGINEERING AND PW HAVE AN AFFIRMATIVE DUTY TO MAINTAIN A SAFE ROW REGARDLESS OF THE FAILURES OF P&T. thanks!

Ditch behind our condo has been overflowing with trash from Sare Road and possibly Hyde Park Village. Last year we had 2 carp wash over, as well as a hardware cloth screen approximately 2'X4' and buckets of construction waste. This year we have a christmas tree and several 3-4'boards as well as another 1/2 ton of gravel! I am not sure where any of this comes from but it is unsanitary and eroding our yard. My address is 2724 South McCartney Lane. Others may have reported this. The neighbors are concerned.

Kinser Flats 1610 north Kinser Pike residents are trespassing on 441 West Gourley Pike. Leaving trash, needles, excrement' clothes. When asked to leave, they often get combative. It is not even safe to walk outside D/T needles, human waste and belligerent people. They have also done damage to the building. they have attempted to break in, cracking windows and tearing apart air conditioner units.
