Stop light is completely off in all directions

Signal at Smith Ave and Walnut is not synchronized with 2nd & 3rd Sts. You promised that when you put another signal on Walnut for parents dropping off kids at Project School that it would not cause problems with traffic flow and would be synched with rest of Walnut St. But it is NOT. This has been bugging me for several months. I don't often drive north on Walnut in this area, but when I do, this light is NEVER synched. Please fix this for better traffic flow.

Why is there a restriction on left-hand turns off Patterson onto South Adams at this location (Patterson and South Adams)?

I often bike north on Jordan avenue to 3rd St., then turn left onto 3rd with the traffic light. Before the recent construction, the left turn signal appeared to be on a timer, and now it seems to be activated by a metal-sensitive loop in the pavement. But so far I have been unable to trigger the left turn signal with my bicycle. I have been instructed to ride exactly on the wire, and I ride a steel frame bike from 1970, so it should have plenty of metal to be detected. Is there some way to make sure this traffic light actuator is sensitive enough to work for bicyclists as well as for cars?

The housing to the red beacon at Rhorer and Old 37 is broken. There are two large pieces lying somewhat in the intersection. Light is still functioning.

West bound traffic on Country Club, at the intersection of Rogers, has to wait for invisible cars in the North bound turn lane of the East bound Country Club traffic. This is my 2nd report ( maybe 3rd) for this condition. I'm a regular traveler on Country Club and I see that the turn light gets activated 100% of the time, regardless of cars being present or not. Ped signal at Smith and Washington is triggering erroneously a couple times per minute. Not sure if the rain is causing this or what.
