How do we sign up for better alerts to be sent? Everyone I know says they got alerts about the boil water problem at midnight, but I did not receive anything until 9:18 the next morning. By then I had already had two pots of coffee and brushed my teeth and took my vitamins with water.

The default street map is set for Jerusalem. I swiped it eventually to Bloomington's street map and filed a report but now i opened to report again after restarting my phone Defaulted back to Jerusalem. Weird.
