Regarding the work on the railroad bridge on north Adam street. This evening, a car came south through the construction area under the bridge. The driver got out and moved the barricade on the south end of the construction area just enough to pass and drove through headed south. Later, since that barrier was moved, a car went through that construction area headed north. It seems they are going under the bridge on the west side since there are supports under the east side, where the work is being done. I believe a third car drove into the constriction area then turned around before going under the bridge. These occurrences were between 9:25 pm and midnight.

The traffic light at S. Walnut Street and South Drive keeps turning red for Walnut traffic without any vehicle or pedestrian traffic on South Drive. It stays red for a very long time. This is weekdays, weekends, evenings, 7:30am this Sunday morning. It's very disruptive to traffic.

The left turn signal on eastbound Winslow to turn north into Walnut is way too short. It's allowing 2-3 vehicles maximum per green arrow. It took 3 light cycles for me to get through. This arrow used to be longer before the detour on Rogers. Classic City of Bloomington government to push all of Rogers traffic into this turn lane as the detour and not get the lights working with the increase in traffic flow. Go check it out please! Over the weekend, twice when I was driving on Walnut Street I had the light for traffic on Walnut Street at the intersection with South Drive turn red for no reason. There were no cars on South Drive and no pedestrians to trigger it. Both times it takes about 35-40 seconds before the light is green again for Walnut traffic. On one occasion, I counted at least 20 cars sitting on Walnut waiting for a ghost to cross the street or drive through. Can the city fix this light so it does not randomly go to red on its own and disrupt traffic significantly on Walnut? -- I have reported this before, a few weeks ago, and it is clearly not fixed.

Vehicles driving east on Grimes often stop in the middle of the road (rather than in their "lane") at the stop sign at Woodlawn. This makes it impossible to turn onto Grimes from Woodlawn until they have moved on, leading to difficult and unpredictable traffic situations. Would it be possible to put a center line here on Grimes, just for the intersection and the approach to it? To encourage drivers on Grimes to be in their lane when they stop at the intersection.

Need street-surface traffic direction arrows painted in the 2 lanes of S. Clarizz heading north. I have seen people make the right-hand lane into a left-hand turn onto East 3rd St. Please see pic of suggested arrows. The yellow marks are the direction available besides a right turn. Tx!

Can the speed limit be reduced near the entrance of Switchyard Park on S. Rogers Street? This is an entrance to the city's largest park and there will be a pedestrian crossing built that will also cross S. Rogers Street, to the park entrance. Currently, the speed is 30 mph, which will be too fast for a pedestrian crossing and the current busy park entrance. Per City Ordinance 18-09, the speed is reduced on Winslow Rd around Allendale Dr. to accommodate for the pedestrian crossing that is near a city park. Other examples of reduced speed near park entrances includes (but not limited to): S. Highland Ave near Winslow Sports Complex and E. Morningside Dr. near Park Ridge East Park.

Large gap/bump between the trail pavement and the bridge pavement. Bridge on B-Line Trail over W 3rd St. Requesting to make more wheelchair accessible so casters don't get caught anymore.

Beeline Trail. Kids riding gas powered motorbikes popping wheelies and harassing people. Almost kick someone. I understand you’re not able to act on this quickly, but I want it documented.
