To clarify, there is more than one apartment complex that has not plowed the sidewalk, and the empty field next to the Park ridge sign is still by far the worst offender. This is in reference to 208015. Apparently, whoever this “property management” was that you spoke with didn’t take you seriously. This area is still a hazard to pedestrians. If warnings were given, I am now asking for citations.

Several houses on both sides of high street have not cleared the sidewalks at all. It's been more than a week since the snow storm.

This issue also happens at 201 W 17th St. Every time it snows, this property plows all of their snow onto the sidewalk on the south side of 17th st., forcing pedestrians to walk on 17th st., which is incredibly dangerous during busy times. These piles stick around for weeks after snowfall.

Again the second night the dog is barking nonstop. Owner leaving it out in cold, it wants to come inside. Owner refuses to bring dog in.
