I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. After this last boiled water advisory I am having the same problem as I did after the first one that happened a couple of months ago--still after a couple of weeks my water has a brown particulate in it that coats my toilet bowl and clogs my Brita filters. Please help!

House has been vacant since last summer. Occupants threw trash and boards from garage into back yard. Grass has not been mowed this year. House is an eyesore. Garage is falling down. Haven for rodents.

Emergency vehicle personnel said inside of trailer is filthy -- trash, garbage, liquor bottles, windows boarded up. Water shut off since April 27, 2004. Hospital personnel reported problem.

There is a problem with high weeds and trash at 2421 S. Bryan St. Mr. Price emailed the Ombudsman to report that he has went to this address and cleaned it up himself because it was such an eyesore. I told him to contact the HAND Dept. He also stated that homeless people were living in the abandoned trailer and old shed on the property. I ask him to contact the Bloomington Police Dept.

The grass is high. Trash is everywhere. This is a mobile home that is sealed up. Mr. Price believes homeless people stay in it at night.
