Hello, For the last 2+ weeks a large blue and cream area rug has been spread on the south side of the lawn at 1412 South Grant Street. Early on, it was in good enough shape to possibly appeal to a passer by, but it has now been ruined by rain. On Woodstock Place, a dead tree fell into the ROW. It isn’t an immediate hazard but I don’t have a chainsaw to cut it up and move it. It’s 4-5 houses into Woodstock on the north side of the street.
